HAIR REQUIRMENTS
I am a natural stylist which means I DO NOT do relaxed hair or perform chemicals services.
Late/ No Call/ No Show
A 15 minute grace period is allowed for all clients. PLEASE text or call to let me know you will be running late. At the 16th minute you are considered LATE and a $30 late fee will be added to the balance that is due at the end of your service. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be unable to book with me in the future & WILL BE CHARGED A $45 NO SHOW FEE
Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $45.00. If you cancel your appointment same day as your appointment you will be charged the total cost of the service you booked for.
children
No children allowed UNLESS being serviced or accompanied by an adult.
Children must be at least 2 years old to be serviced! I do not service "tender-head" children or children who can not sit to get their hair done. Children must book under the brown sugar baby package & must have had a consultation prior to appointment. Parent/guardian must be present at the 1st appointment.
food & beverages
Food and beverages are allowed in the salon. Please CLEAN UP after yourselves & discard of all food items outside using the large trash bins.
payments
All major credit cards accepted with the acceptance of 3% conveniency fee applied to the total payment.
Additional payment alternatives: Cash, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Wallet, and Zelle.

NO CONTACT ABOUT SCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS SHALL BE DONE ON SUNDAYS OR MONDAYS AS THOSE ARE MY OFF DAYS! If you try to contact me after business hours or on my off days I WILL NOT RESPOND.
Contact hours are 11AM-8PM (Tuesday-Friday) & 11AM-7PM (Saturday) Text Only.
I open and close my calendar the last week of each month for the following month.

After your appointment is accepted please check for a confirmation text/email of your set appointment. You have 48 hours to cancel appointments. If you cancel outside of the 48 hour window you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment the same day as your appointment you will be charged the total cost of the service.

Once an appointment is booked & confirmed, you will receive a confirmation text and e-mail.
**PROTECTIVE STYLES: PROTECTIVE STYLES ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING**
POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS: New Clients have two booking options: Consultation or New Clients' Package. All potential new clients must either go through a consultation and must pay a (non-refundable) $45 FEE or book The New Clients' Package. This fee does not go towards your first hair appointment.
If you have not had a consultation you will not be allowed to book an appointment unless it is the New Clients’ Package . To schedule consults please contact the stylist. Please use the Pay-Pal Link above to pay fee after booking consultation.
The New Clients' Package includes consultation, style, trim, and treatment. This is an all inclusive appointment. If you are sure you are ready to book an appointment select this package only during booking.

For any existing client that has not had an appointment over a 6 month time period, you will be considered a new client and must go through the new client consultation process prior to booking. Please refer to the POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS section.

ADD-ON SERVICES: If you would like to book an add-on service (trim,deep condition, treatment,etc.) please state which service you would like to add on in the appointment notes section while booking. Only select the main service you would like to receive when booking.
